Where type is used?

Type is everywhere. It is on almost everything we buy, on the pages of books and magazines, on walls, floors and street signs. As the examples here demonstrate, there are many typeface varieties and each possesses a distinct personality. Some typefaces are formal and convey a sense of authority, while others are more relaxed and appear to be less structured. Typeface usage can therefore tell a reader as much about the originator of the communication as the message itself.

It rendered sympathetically, a hand-drawn board outside a restaurant may imply the menu changes regularly. However, if crudely resented, the board may give the impression that preparation at the venue is sloppy; not a positive message for a restaurant! Type is everywhere and how it is set affects how its message is read, as this can be reinforced or contradicted by the typeface that is used to present it.

Whs type?

Typographer Eric Gill noted that 'letters are things, they are pictures of things'. Individual letters, when arranged in a particular way, represent the sounds of a spoken language and visually express ideas in such a way that another person can understand them in the manner intended.

Typography concerns the setting of letters within a design, usually for the purposes of printing. The variety of typefaces and the different ways in which typefaces can be used within a design, can enhance or alter the meaning of the very words that the type is used to create. The style in which letters are formed and presented alters our perceptions of the ideas they are portraying, as the examples below demonstrate.

Modern : Foundry Gridnik

The gridded lines pay homage to a font designed by Wilm Crowel in the late 1960s that was never released. The even weight, angular structure and 'visible' grid-lines results in a modern, almost futuristic typeface.

Handwritten: Zapf Chancery

In contrast Hermann Zapf's distinctive calligraphic typeface is based on chancery handwriting, a style developed during the Italian Renaissance and used by scribes.

Ornate : Kuenstler Script

Reminiscent of intricate handwriting, Kuenstler Script sacrifices a degree of legibility in favour of overall flair.

Simple: Gill Sans

Originally produced for the London & North Eastern Railway, here the emphasis in on legibility.

Futuristic: Eurostile

Aldo Novarese's seminal font reflects the optimism of 1950s' and 1960s' design.

Historical: Garamond

Evergreen font by Claude Garamond conveys a sense of classicism and historical importance.

Italic or Oblique?
Although there is a distinction between italic and oblique typefaces, there are no right or wrong considerations in the selection of either. As with all aspects of design, selection of typeface style will be based upon making an informed judgement about what works best in a specific design for the intended purpose.

Type Classification

Blackletter

Block, blackletter, Gothic, Old English, Black or Broken typefaces are based on the ornate writing style prevalent during the Middle Ages. Nowadays, they appear heavy and difficult to read in large text blocks, and seem antiquated.

Roman

Roman type has proportionally spaced letters and serifs, and was originally derived from Roman inscriptions. It is the most readable type and is commonly used for body text.

Gothic

Gothic, Sans-serif or Lineale typefaces do not have the decorative touches that typify ROman typefaces. Their clean and simple design makes them ideal for display text, but may make them difficult to read in long passages.

Script

Script typefaces are designed to imitate handwriting so that when printed the characters appear to be joined up. As with human handwriting , some variations are easier to read than others.

Leading

Leading is a hot-metal printing term that refers to the strips of lead that were inserted between text measures in order to space them accurately. Leading is specified in points and refers nowadays to the space in between the lines of a text block. Leading introduces space into the text block and alows the characters to 'breathe' so that the information is easy to read.

Tracing

Tracking refers to the amount of space that exists between letters. This space can be adjusted to make characters more or less distinguishable. Reducing the tracking pares back the space between letters, condenses the text and may allow more text to be fitted into a given area. However, if tracking is reduced too much the letters begin to 'crash' into one another, equally space should not be added to the extent that letters become separated from the words that they are part of.

Kerning

Kerning concerns the space between two letters. Certain letter combinations have too much or too little space between them, which may make some words difficult to read, as you tend to focus on the typographical 'mistakes', as shown below.

Overprinting and knocking out

Traditional four-color printing can be restrictive. Black when printing on its own can often appear pale and unsubstantial. Overprinting can be used to overcome this problem and to add creative layering. To understand overprinting, however, one needs a basic understanding of a process called 'knocking out'.

Legibility and readability

These two terms are often used synonymously, however, legibility refers to the ability to distinguish one letter form from another via the physical characteristics that are inherent in the design of a particular typeface, such as x-height character shapes, counter size, stroke contrast, and type weight. The legibility of a piece of body text is enforced by the use of standard point sizes, sensitive leading and appropriate alignment. Absolute clarify of information combined with a minimum of interfering factors creates legible type.

Readability concerns the properties of a piece of design that affect the ability to 'understand' it. For example, the spreads opposite have reduced legibility, but the text conveys a dynamic sense of movement, which shapes our opinions about the information the design contains.

We had swimming lesson today.
The last swimming lesson before we graduate.
We played the whole swimming lesson.
Miss Ooi somemore sing in the water.
The time in the swimming pool was very enjoyable.

Only 18 of us came to school and only 11 jump into the pool.
The other 7 become the lifeguard. LOL.

It's such an enjoyable day today.
I miss the time =D

Went L&L for 7hours ++ today.
Today was the last day we had our time in L&L.
We had a break at 12.30pm for our lunch.
Went to McD and Miss Lee treat all of us.
12 of us are going.
There're Man Yee, Eunice, Jun Bin, Feng Hang, Ri Chung, Kim Huat, Yit Sing, Kean How, Wai Seng, Phang Sum, Miss Lee and ME.
5 of us fitted in Eunice's car and 7 of them fitted in Miss Lee's car.
Pity them. LOL.
I think our next meet was... during SPM results out ..
Lol. Whatever...

Got a sudden call from uncle.
He invited us to grandma house to light candles with my cousins.

I'm kinda suprise and happy today.
Or... mayb a bit sad also got.

Sad things just forget about it. Over.

I'm happy because my friends still remembered my birthday.

Part of my classmates,
although my b'day was tomorrow, but they celebrated for me today.
They treat me eat, buying cakes for me.
It was quite memorable, because... tis year is the last birthday i celebrated in my Secondary School life.

One of the memorable part was, i PLAYED our national anthem.

Although only 2, teacher still gave us back.

Well, yesterday was 12092009.
I had not sleep since I waked at 7am yesterday.
As usual, I went to Art Studio in the morning and went training in the afternoon.
At night time, my house have a BBQ party.
My second bro organized the BBQ party because today (1309) is his and my dad b'day.

When I backed home at around 8plus after training, few of my bro's friend had came and starting to light up the fire.
They failed to light up and my dad helped them out.
The fire successed but.... none of them brought wire gauze.
Me and dad keep phoning ppl and see who got the wire gauze to lend.
In the end, my boss have it.
So my dad fetched me to her house and get it from her.
After that, we go fetch yi and her sis.
Both of them made us waited them for very long.

The bbq party started by the guys.
When it's drizzling, the guys went in the house and played PS.
After they left, it was the time for us to grill.
Most of the foods grill by the boys has scorch.
And the foods end up in doggy stomach.

The most funny part was, some of the meat had dropped on the sandy ground.
And yet.... my bro took the meat, put some honey on top, grill more a while and gave his friend to try.
Most of his friends ate the meats.
Lols.

When we're grilling, i felt bored.
My small bro requested me to drive him go around my house area with motorbike.
I agreed.
Again i ride the motor without license, ic and helmet.
Pro ? =D
My friend - Mae Yi. She had never sit on a motorbike before.
So i take her go one round and it juz for fun.
She dun even know how to go up the motor.
SO SWEAT!
Tis was the first time she sitted on a motor.
I drove my small bro, second bro, yi and mae mae around my house area, each one one round.
It's just so lame. All of us are without helmet and police station just nearby. LOL!

Skip all the BBQ section.
The BBQ ended at around 3am.
We start to clean up and so on at 3am plus.
After finished, we went to bathe.

All of us wanted to watch The Final Destination 4.
The boys suggested to watch on 4.44am.
Lol. SO we start the film at the time.
The show ended at 6am sharp.
Ohno. We thought Final Destination 4 was with Horror but it doesn't.
All of us watch till wanna SLEEP.
It's so so so BORING.
Many ppl say that it was scary and so on =.=!
We get cheated.
It's sucks and bored like hell.

After Final Destination 4, we watch... duno what alien.
We watch the film until 7am plus.
Only 5 left when the alien film is showing.
But... 2 boys slept in the middle of the film.
It's quite bored too.
It's jus about the aliens wanted to see either human or alien is the clever one.

7am plus, we went out for morning walk to pasar.
It take us around 10-15minutes to reach there.
We jus have a look and plan what to eat later then we walk back.
At 8plus, yi and her sis went home.
All of us walked to the pasar and have our breakfast there.

After breakfast, I go studio.
My bro went tuition and the rest continue to SLEEP. lol

It's trials now.
Everyone is busying study.
I know i should be studying instead playing and watching film the whole night without sleeping.
But... It's impossible for me to study.

It's drizzling. Only the girls left. All the boys playing PS in room. lol. They're playing "a-lu-ba" and so on too.

Well, yesterday was my cousin Wei Kee B'day, wish her happy belated b'day here.
Today - 0911, it was my cousin Gha Mun and my classmate Karen b'day.
Wishes them Happy Birthday here =)

Today I went to school as usual.
No exam.
Attendanceof my class, 2/42.
Break the record.
Me and Shin Yih are the only two.

We go into our exam hall once we reached school.
Whole exam hall only got 8 pupils (plus us).
We sit at a corner and do our own stuff.

By 9.45am, Pj teacher came up.
She asked : Today no exam ? Where is the others ?
We answered : No exam and we are the only who came to school.
She shocked and laughed.
We requested her to let us go for PJ.
She say Okay.
Both of us play badminton during PJ lesson.
2 person play badminton in the big hall.

We went recess after PJ lesson.
After we eat, we even step out of the school gate.
It's because Shin Yih wanted to put things to her car.
No one realize we steped out the school gate.
Actually, we can go home also.
Lols.

By 11.45pm, Pj teacher requested us to help her to key in our Segak marks.
We stay in staff room until 12.50pm jus to key in all the marks.
Many of the teachers in staff room ask us why came to school.
And.. yet they say, helping teacher to key in things is the AKIBAT coming to school.
Lol.

After school, i went parade to celebrate my cousin b'day.
We went Food court before going to K-box.
I went there with all her friends from s4.
This is the first time i fall sleep in K-box.
Too sleepy ba.
I met a lot of friends in parade.
Anyhow, jus say Hi and left.

Seriously, I'm tired.
Wondering wanted to go school on Monday and Tuesday ... No exam for Me.

Tuesday.
Got add maths exam.
Paper 2 can't finished.
Paper 1 slept for 1 hours +.
Result = sure failed.

Wednesday.
NO exam but i went to school as usual.
Attendance, 3/42.
1 sitting for account papers, 2 left.
Got shoo out from class and called us join other classes.
End up in 5s4.
Moral Teacher said : "Yik Hua, kamu punya moral (test paper) teruk sangat, macam tak pernah masuk kelas saya " to me.
It means that my P.Moral had failed.

Thrus, today.
Have bio exam.
Paper 2 start first but I thought paper 1 first.
Paper 2, structure + essay. Dunno how to answer.
Paper 1, still okay.
Paper 3, question 1 okok.
Question 2, experiment report, totally no idea what it talking about.
Hopefully, I won't failed Bio.

Maths ...

Had maths today.
Paper 2 come first.
The section A questions for paper 2 is still okay and some are easy.
Section B, I had died in that paper.
Graph, mental blocked.
Needed draw a straight line after the curve by doing simultanous.
But... I failed to join the two equation and formed one equation.
I dunno why. Too tension ?
Histogram.
Draw le = no draw.
Graph paper prob, everyone said so.
The line is too thick, after drewing the line still look the same like didn't draw.
Draw le looks like didn't draw, so i drew frequency polygon too.
... I guess teacher will put a big cross for me.
Matrix, there're a) b) and c).
I forgotten how to solve a).
So ..... !

Just forget about it.
Paper 1...
First 10 questions are very very easy.
The middle pages questions are hard.
I couldn't solve the questions base on tangent, sin , cos, look at graph and find the degreed.
The last 2 pages questions are very very very easy too.
I was so SWEAT.
Some questions are so so so easy, but some are so so so hard.
I couldn't finished the paper because of the tangent and so on.
I keep rushing and make a few careless mistake and even shaded the wrong answer.
Therefore... If not mistaken, I might have 16 questions wrong.
So damn SAD.

Trials .___.
So far Moral, English, Malay and History papers had over.

First paper -- Malay.
I find that the tatabahasa is HARD.
I didn't study on Komsas.
OHNO, I really scared that I will failed Malay.
I had never failed Malay for quite a long time.
I dun hope that I will failed it.
Malay failed = all subjects failed

Second Paper -- English.
The Comprehension text is easy.
But the rational close got two question make me confused.
And... I dunno how to answer the novel.
Essay, one of the essay title : What would you do if you had Super Powers.
Lols.
Super Powers ? What would you do ? =D

Third paper -- History
The tips given though sms is totally 100% the same with the trials question.
My mum asked me not to trust the tips so I didn't bother it.
Once i get the paper, I looked at the essay.
The 5 essays questions given on tips are totally the same.
I was thinking .... Somethings coincidence will ever happened ?
I turn to the structure part and.....
I was SHOCKED. The questions are really 100% the same.
So what ? ... Don't know how to answer the question.
Okay, fine.

Next,
The Fourth paper -- MORAL
So !!!!! d paper.
Many of them couldn't finished in two and a half hour.
The paper is really hard.
And... I can believe that.... I do till wanna cry !!
I keep do and do and I keep asking myself that why the paper like couldnt finish.
I do till mad.
Kept wrote and wrote but... i couldn't see the end of that paper.
I cant stand it, i lie on the table and push the paper away.
I dun want to look at it anymore.
When I had cool down, I went out for a walk and wash my face in toilet.
I return and i continued.
I couldn't stand it... I give up in the end.
Most unbelievable was, I do remembered the definisi but I cant recall what is the NILAI for the definisi.
SO SO SO ......... I dunno what to say.
This is the first time, really the first time...........
Normally i know the NilaiS but i dunno the definisi.
But tis time vice versa.

Tomorrow was Maths paper.
Most of us can relax more.
Relax before exam but tension while the paper on.
Everyone scared that we cant complete the paper on time.
Okay, it's time to go.
Maths don't make me mad =D

Yippie =D
I went Tronoh this afternoon.
The last went Tronoh was on 1st of September 2008, Monday.
It was replacement hols for Merdeka 08'.
We went there once a year.

My bro backed and my sis need not to attend the piano lesson.
Therefore, we planned to go Tronoh to visit my Aunt and have our meal in Tuk Alang (I not sure with the spelling) .
I phoned aunt and grandparents to make sure that they're free then only we go.

We start our journey to Tuk Alang to meet my aunt after fetched my grandparents in Ampang.
It takes us around 45 minutes to reach there.
My dad's car is pack.
10 ppl squeeze in and all of us almost become Ikan Masin.
I saw losta Cows, Goats and Chickens along the roadside.
The goats are so Cute =D
When we reached, we have our meal before we went my aunt's house because our tummy are grumbling.
The adults ordered 3 plates of prawns due to the reason of the restoran is famous of prawns.

After finished our meals.
We went to aunt's house in Tronoh.
Me and my small bro followed my aunt and a aunty to dig sweet potatos.
That's fun but losta mosquitoes over there.
We saw a crazy dog.
Keep jumping left and right non-stopping.

My siblings, cousins and I walked around aunt's house area.
We saw coconut trees, rambutans trees, corns farm and also chickens.
Many motorbike passing by, it's normal.
But, the motorcyclist are all underage and without helmet.
Even pri schools students are riding motor too.
That's pro.
I only know how to ride a motor when I'm 16.

We walk and walk and we walk to a playground.
All of us enjoy ourselves there.
Climb this climb that ...
Swing here swing there...
Very fun =)

Later on, my parents, aunt , uncle and grandparents came to look of us.
For sure, they joined us too.
Cause it's really fun.
And, some of the instruments are new and I had never seen them before.

A while later, the sky is drizzling...
Mum and aunt rushing us back.
The small ones went back by car.
The adults went back on feet.
I got a motorbike from my cousin and I drove her back.

My small bro requested me to take him to go around the farms with motorbike.
This is the first time I drove him with motorbike.
Both of us sit on the motorbike without helmet and went round the farm.
I never brought my Ic and lesens too.
Haha. The first time I ride motor without helmet + lesen + ic.
It's been a long time i didn't ride motor dy.
I felt so syok with it.

After that, we chat and played inside aunt's house.
The sky turns dark.
It's time for us to go home.
We fetched grandparents home before we went home.

I disturb the ducklings in my grandparents house.
They keep running here and there but never utter a single *quak*
I saw 5 ducks, but they just staying still.
Not even move a little.
I asked my grandmum how come the ducks won't move.
And she told me that if you go near them, they will move.
I tried to go near them, and they really moved.
That's cute, haha! I go left, they go right, i go right, they so left.
Then my grandmum suddenly said: Hey, dun kacau them, later they fly away.
I was thinking... Will Ducks FLY ?
Haha. I still duno the answer.

Okay. Writting too much dy, got to stop.

So far, 5days of hols had went off.
5days left...

F5 students should preparing for the trials during this hols.
But... I didn't start my revision yet.
I still having playing mood on this hols.
How am i gonna sit for trials ?
Failed again ? I guess will.

Mayb i'm taking my grading again on coming Sun.
I didn't train myself for almost 2weeks.
How am i gonna take that grading.

Really OHNO!
I'm so so so lazy.
I wish someone would steal away my lazyness.
How only i can make myself become more hardworking.

We had our Pj lesson today.

Teacher called the 4pupils who didn't do SEGAK last week out and requested them to do it today.

She called me too.

I was shocked!

I asked my friend :" I didn't do SEGAK meh? I done it dy! "

Then i go out.

Teacher said : " Yik Hua, go up and help me do computer work "

I was thinking ... AGAIN ? .... I wanted to play lar !!!

My classmates asked teacher that what will they play today and teacher said want play what then what.

They decided to play badminton so teacher asked some pupils to go and get the racket and the ball.

After that teacher bring me up staff room and called me create some new file and type our class name list.

While i finished, i sit there and wait. After a while, i couldn't wait anymore, so I run down and find teacher and said i finished.

She was shocked and asked .. So fast ?

I answered YA.

She called me saved it and go play badminton.

WOW! I was so happy, i run quickly to the staff room and save it.

Then i join S.wei and Fei to play badminton.

So fun playing badminton.

They bad, 2 VS 1.

We played in Dato CPS hall.

After a while, pri schools got to use the hall so our PJ teacher shoo us out to play at the field.

We play and play and play.

Keep playing none-stop.

All of us getting tired tired and tired.

My hand was painful because it there are two bleb.

Pain until i keep hit the ball hardly with racket.

Suddenly, a ball hitted too high and hard and it stuck at a tree.

The tree was high and all of us are not tall enough to reach the tree.

So we decided to throw somethings to knock the ball down.

I couldn't found any hard things to throw so i decided to throw racket.

Then few of us keep threw and threw.

Shan Wei threw to hard and the racket bang on somethings and almost fly into the classes nearby.

It scared her.

Luckily no teacher scold us.

I kept threw and threw but i not dare to throw hard because i scared i will hit the pupils in the classrooms.

The ball is very high on tree so i decided to jump and threw.

Once i jump and threw, and the racket STUCK on the tree too.

All of us was OMG! How we gotta take it down =.=!

Me and Fei carried Soo Yeng up and called her to pull the leaves but too bad, not tall enough also.

Miss Tham saw and she asked : What are you all doing there ?

Then we told her that our racket and ball are on the tree.

We scared she will scold us but she didn't.

She smiled and said :" this is the first time i heard ppl play badminton until the racket is up on the tree "

Then she called us get a table and chair to pull the tree.

After the leaves being swang.

Finally, we succeed.

The racket and the ball dropped =)

That's funny.

All wondering why the ball fly up and the racket as well.

After that was our recess time.

We changed in class and went recess.

After recess, I went to see Pj teacher again to help her with computer work.
After that, as usual.

Boring lessons again ......

Y_day WebSite Design Competition, we're the champion.
I was shocked when they announced: Johan bagi Pertandingan Mereka Cipata Laman Web dimenangi oleh Sekolah Menengah Jenis Kebangsaan Ave Maria Convent.
We are not expected to be either champion, 1st runner-up or second runner-up.
All the participants are Malays and the judges too.
Nobody know that the only Chinese will won the first prize.
I stay at once, looked at teacher and my partner.
The teacher called me fast fast go up then i called my partner too.
I walked slowly towards the stage but my partner... walked so fast and seems like running up to the stage.
We got a certificate, RM 150 each, a hippo keychain and a bag.

The judges are attracted by the cursor, the background music and the videos.
They said that there're very creative.
I called my partner no need to be so frustrated when the images couldn't upload.
I told her that the judges wont look at all the images but she dun trust.
She got mad when failed to uploads some images.
But... in the end, the judges did not judge on the images.
They din even look at a single image.

There're lotsa problem when we competiting.
At first, I inserted some script but failed to load while published.
Others computers can but only ours cant.
After trying for many many times, we changed computer.
It has wasted our time by re-doing.
It went smoothly at that computer.
No longer, the net down.
We can't do without net....
After the net down for not more then 5 minutes...
No electric supply.
All the computers black OUT suddenly...
We waited for around half and hour only get back the electric supply and the competition resume.

While we're doing.
Suddenly many people come to us.
They chat about how we compete and how to do it.
They stand behind us and see how we do.
Many photographers come and take photos.
At the time, my partner get so tension.
She rampas the mouse from my hand and pretend like so serious.
She stare at the screen and din even move her head.
I ask her what, she also say NO!
I ask her whether got any information on academic, actually got, but she say NO!
I remembered that she had save it in her pendrive.
So, nvm. I think on some and type on the academic page.
After the people and photographers went off.
She told me that she got.
I was like thinking WTH... Got but u said NO and after i think of some and u tell me GOT!
It's fine. I bear.

She sneeze when she's uploading the photos.
The saliva spit all over her pinafore.
OHMY, it's so digusting.
I thought she will go and wash it but she DIN.
She just took out a handkerchief and wipe her nose and mouth.
After wiping, she hold the handkerchief in hand and continue upload the photos.
She din even wipe her pinafore, she just left the saliva there and dried itself.
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
By the time, I'm thinking... am i going to touch the keyboard and mouse ?
It's so icky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I knew why so many people hate her.
I experienced at last.
Anyhow, this is the LAST time I pair up with her.
I bear her for almost the whole day.
If her partner not me, i think, she won't attend this competition or else her other partner will definately SLAP her.

This WebSite Design Competition is not as difficult as I thought and I wanted.
It's really very simple.
I think anyone can do it.
The important things are still the design and the creativity.
Our group are the most creative and that's why we won the champion.
Although i didn't learn any things from this competition.
But, just gained one experience in competiting and give a chance to me to skip lessons.
Maybe, it's a great chance for my partner to learn things ba.
Hope the club will last until she graduated in form5.

Tomorrow is the WebSite Design Competition.
Five days hardwork will be show and prove tomorrow.
Me and Thong are the representative from our school.
All the participants are Malays except us.
We’re the only Chinese.
There’re still quite numbers of things that we haven’t finished.
Can we done it on time ?

Thong went Puan Cheah's com in staff room to copy pictures, but she left out the banner.
The banner is so IMPORTANT for our page.
Luckily, i found a banner in portal, and it's almost the same.

Today we time ourselves in lab.
Unfortunately, by 5pm...
The web we use to practise unable to use.
If not mistaken, the page had expired.
So How?
No choice.
Got to do it straight away without practising and finalised.

Anyways, just try our best.
My concept is still -->
Competition is just to gain experience and new knowledge.

I'm now in Computer lab =)
All the teachers had gone meeting ...
A sudden meeting ...

Nothing could do in class, therefore, I came lab with Thong again.
I had been here for 4periods tis morning.
I'll be in computer lab for the whole day tomorrow.

We stay in lab just to find codes and think about what theme should for the webpage design competition.
This whole week is our preperation and Saturday we got to do it in 3hours.

Got to modify codes now.
Stop here.

Today was such a busy day.

Before I gonna leave home to school, suddenly, rain falls heavily...

I'm thinking...

if the rain dun stop... it means we no nid to set up ?

When I reached school, I go to find my classmates.

It's still raining heavily.

We couldn't set the game so we decided to paint the banner while waiting the rain to stop.

We brought the banner into the lab and wanted to colour it but our classrep not allowed.

We're being shoo out of the lab if wanted to colour the banner.

So how ? Nevermind.

We try to put the banner outside the lab corridoor and coloured it.

But, Miss Tham shoo us back into lab.

So what ? Inside lab cannot, outside lab also cannot!

No need do lor ?

Although being Shoo so many times, but we still didn't give up.

We went beside Dato Chin Peck Soo hall and coloured it =]

We coloured posters too!

While it's drizzling..

Many of our classmates went to the field and make their own raincoat by rubbish bag.

Before the rain stop, we finished our banner =]

Then, we went to basketball court and try to set up there.

But then... the hurdles are spoilt...

We can't do anythings until we get the new hurdles...

When we get the hurdles...

The sun had risen.

We set up the game under the hot sun with bare foot.

It's so painful!

When the hot SUN arise...

Only Con, Pam and Me set the game at basketball court...

OMG... it's really really extremely hot and the stupid Sun Shine at us.

It's cause our skin burn by the sun.

Well, when school dismissed.

I got to change to proper attire.

Miss Chin brought me and tze thong to the Telekom at old town to have a briefing on webpage design competition.

It's damn cold inside.

When i feel cold, my skin are super duper painful.

Once touch... very very very extremely painful.

Face and hand turn super red.

We end the meeting at around 4plus.

We had some Kuih and Tea after the meeting.

That was my first meal of today.

I play and set the game till forget about the hungryness.

Miss Chin took us back to school after that.

We louse around the school and try to take photo and see it is useful for the webpage design.

At around 5.45pm, my dad came to school and fetch me.

I got class at 6pm.

While i reach the studio, the students had came.

I was late, i reach there about 6.05pm.

I go there in my school uniform...

The class end at 8pm.

But I got to wait till students back i only can back.

So, I only can leave after 8.15pm.

My dad come and fetch me at 8.15pm.

I reached home at around 8.25pm.

I quickly bathe and go tuition by 8.55pm.

I was late, the tuition start at 8pm.

I told my dad, today was the last day I go this tuition.

I won't go there anymore.

I hate that tuition.

After the tuition...

I reached home at 10.30pm.

I had my dinner after that.

My dinner was donut which my mum and bro bought from Jusco.

Today my schedule was Full.

I'm really tired now.

My face and hand are still RED and PAIN!

Around half year never let the sun burn till so serious dy.

My backache was with me again.

Tomorrow is canteen day.

I got to reach school by 6.15am to help Connie's gang to set up the game =]

My dad scolded me...

He said :

Why you wanted to go school from 6.15am until 4pm+?

Today you let the sun burn till like tis, are you gonna to stand under the sun again ?

I dun want you to go so long.

I dun care, 12pm YOU must go home and rest and SLEEP.

If not fall sick then not good.

I just answered:

If I'm sick then good lor... No need go to school.

Anyhow, i hope that tomorrow everythings are going well...

No accident appear.

All cooperate.
